Benjamin Barnes has extensive experience in child and family advocacy, most recently serving as a Parent Advocate and In Home Worker at Pathways, Inc. since October 2018, focusing on family satisfaction and facilitating children's emotional and social development. Previously, Benjamin held the role of NextGen Pastor at Journey Church-Rochester and served as Kid's Ministry Coordinator and Kid's Service Leader at Church of the Highlands, where leadership of service teams and volunteer management were key responsibilities. Benjamin's background also includes work as a Special Education Paraprofessional and Substitute Teacher for the Alexander City Board of Education. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Ministry Leadership from Highlands College and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry from Point University, emphasizing Family Ministry.
