Alycia Wallace is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in program management and staff supervision within the developmental and mental health sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Pathways since November 2019, Alycia previously held positions at Ambitions of California as Program Manager for both Day Programs and Adult Residential Facilities, where oversight included management of a team and quality assurance evaluations. Prior experience also includes Program Director at InJOY Life Resources, Inc. with responsibilities for client intake and staff training, as well as developing programs that significantly increased revenue. Alycia's career began in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Biola University.
