Kelly McPherson Kennedy possesses extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Adjunct and Student Teacher Supervisor at Johnson University, where responsibilities include preparing student teachers and coaching them on best practices. In addition, Kelly is a Program Manager for Education Services at Pathway2Careers, providing professional development and technical assistance to educational leaders across multiple states. Prior roles include serving as Elementary Principal at Christian Academy of Knoxville, Founding Head of Lower School at The Episcopal Collegiate School, and Assistant Head of Lower School/Teacher at John Cooper School. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Texas A&M University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from Baylor University.
