Courtney Heidelberg currently serves as the Public Relations Manager at Pathward since February 2022. Previously, Courtney held the role of Public Relations and Communications Manager at Brightway Insurance from August 2016 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes positions such as Director of Accounts at On 3 Public Relations, Deputy Communications Director/Communications Director at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, and Public Relations Manager at the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs. Courtney's background also features military service as a Signal Officer in the Florida Army National Guard and the US Army, alongside roles in public information and communications within various state departments. Courtney earned a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing and Management Communications from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University.
