Joseph Hayes has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Pathos and Senior Finance Manager at Lightbank since October 2022. Prior roles include Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at ActiveCampaign from May 2019 to October 2022, and Senior Financial Analyst at Uptake from June 2017 to May 2019. Joseph began a finance career at Robert W. Baird & Co. as an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets from July 2015 to June 2017 and worked as a Financial Analyst at University Health Services from July 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, an internship as an Investment Analyst Intern occurred at Astor Investment Management LLC in late 2014. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2015.
