Jared Olson has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property law. Jared began their career in 2007 as an Associate Patent Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs, where they represented various clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in patent-related matters. In 2009, they moved to Olson Intellectual Property, where they counseled clients on various intellectual property issues and prosecuted patent applications. Jared then joined Harrity & Harrity, LLP in 2011 as a Patent Attorney, where they drafted patent applications and collaborated with engineers and in-house attorneys. In 2012, they moved to ALG Intellectual Property, LLC, where they again worked as a Patent Attorney preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications. Jared then moved to Ledell Ansari, LLP in 2014, where they prepared and prosecuted U.S. patent applications relating to electrical, computer, telecommunication, and mechanical technologies. In 2018, they joined Park Avenue Finance as Director of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Counsel. Jared also joined Eschweiler & Potashnik, LLC as a Partner, Patent Attorney. In 2020, they joined Armenose, LLC as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Eschweiler & Potashnik, LLC as Legal Counsel and Patent Attorney. Most recently, in 2022, they joined PathologyWatch as In-House Counsel.

Jared Olson obtained a J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they received a B.S. in Management and Computer Information Systems from Brigham Young University between 2000 and 2003. Jared also attained an A.S. in General Studies from Utah Valley University between 1998 and 1999. In addition, they obtained Virginia State Bar Membership from the Virginia State Bar in July 2008 and is a Registered Patent Attorney at the USPTO.
