Brady Donaldson has extensive work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Medical Assistant at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Brady then worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at the University of Utah Health from 2017-2020. During this time, they also worked as a Mohs Tech/Certified Medical Assistant at the Huntsman Cancer Institute from 2017-2020. In 2020, they were a Practice Manager at THE DERMATOLOGY HOUSE PC. In 2021, they became a Territory Manager - Utah at PathologyWatch.

Brady Donaldson attended the University of Utah College of Health from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. Brady then attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Masters of Healthcare Administration.
