Shilpa Ratnaparkhi has over 15 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Shilpa began their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Apticraft Systems Pvt. Ltd. In 2005, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Information Technology Analyst. Shilpa then moved to Symantec in 2013 as a Sr. Software Engg. In 2015, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Greenlight Technologies.

Shilpa Ratnaparkhi attended Mar Thoma Higher Secondary School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their High School degree.
