Mahesh Kapure has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Mahesh began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Thinking Minds Inc. in 2004. In 2005, they moved to Sibz Solutions as a Java Developer. In 2006, they worked as a Software Developer at Benchmark IT Solutions LLC. In 2007, they were a Senior Java Developer at Netmagic. In 2008, they joined HOV Services as a Senior Java Programmer. Since 2009, they have been at Pathlock, where they have held roles as Senior Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Manager, and Dev Lead.

Mahesh Kapure's education history begins with their SSC from C.D.O. Meri High School in Nashik from 1985 to 1996. Mahesh then went on to obtain their BCS from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they earned their Msc in Computer Science from D.Y.Patil collage from 2003 to 2005 and their MCS from Savitribai Phule Pune University in the same time period.
