Aida Armani has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Widener University. From January 2011 to May 2012, Aida worked as a Human Resource and Training and Development Intern at MidAtlantic Employers Association. Since June 2012, Aida has been working at Pathfinders, Inc. starting as an Associate Recruiter and working their way up to the Director of Recruiting. Pathfinders, Inc. is a full service staffing solutions provider established in 1997. Aida has shown leadership and growth in their roles at both companies.
