Lahiru Silva, PhD, PMP, P.Eng, serves as an Executive Associate at Pathfinder LLC since April 2018 and as an Instructor for the Bachelor of Science in Construction Project Management program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since August 2016. With extensive experience as a Consultant and Productivity Analyst at Customized Project Solutions Inc. and previous roles including AVP of Professional Development at PMI-SAC, Productivity Specialist at Suncor Energy, and Partner & Co-Founder of i-Booth Inc., Lahiru has a strong background in construction productivity. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Project Management from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Moratuwa. Key achievements include developing the AUSIA Framework for onsite communication and successfully managing significant NSERC collaborative research projects.
