Hannah LaPointe is an experienced professional in social work and therapeutic riding, currently serving as the Foster Care Services Supervisor at Larimer County since June 2016, where previous roles included Social Caseworker and Program Quality Assurance Coordinator. Additionally, from March 2016, Hannah has contributed as an Online Faculty member for PATH Intl., specializing in web-based learning. Earlier experiences include roles as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor at both Reach 4A Star Riding Academy and Hearts and Horses Therapeutic Riding Center, as well as an Intake Specialist at Larimer County and Registrar at Justice High School. Hannah's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
