Stephanie Carozza has extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Contact Center Agent at Path Forward since September 2017. Concurrently, Stephanie has been involved in a student internship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center since May 2017, where responsibilities include assisting in Cardiopulmonary Exercise Stress Testing and conducting exercise sessions for patients in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Additional roles include serving as a Desk Clerk at BGSU Residence Life, a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, and a Customer Service Associate at Bowling Green State University, where duties encompass promoting and enforcing university policies and maintaining CPR and First Aid certifications. Stephanie gained hands-on experience as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Intern at The University of Toledo during the summer of 2016. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition from Bowling Green State University, earned in 2019.
