Neil Burke is a football official with NCAA, an umpire, and head line-judge. Neil also works as a Human Resources Specialist and Project Engineer at Path Construction. With experience as an IHSA Sport Official in football, basketball, and lacrosse, Neil has six years of experience as a Varsity Football Official, two years in Varsity Basketball, and two years in Varsity Lacrosse. Neil's previous roles include Field Service Manager at Renaissance Management, Sports Referee at NJSIAA, and National Teams Coordinator at USA Football. Neil holds Bachelor's Degrees in Sports Management and Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.
