Alicia Kocareli has extensive experience in project management and human resources, currently serving as the Special Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager at PATH (People Acting to Help), Inc. since November 2012. Alicia has held various roles at PATH, including Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst, Director of Human Resources Service Center, and Supervisor of Intellectual Disabilities Support Services. Prior experience includes positions such as Shift Supervisor at the National Greyhound Adoption Program and Assistant Director at Huntington Learning Center, demonstrating a strong background in management and supervision across multiple sectors. Alicia holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Philadelphia University.
