David Yee is an accomplished operations leader and investor with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Sparks of Intelligence since April 2024 and engaged in operations at Patented.ai since February 2023, David also holds the position of Director at Chang Corporation, impacting over 80 startups since 2018. As a partner at PGP Capital Advisors, LLC from 2019 to May 2023, David specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance, particularly for emerging and minority-owned businesses. David previously served as CEO of DAMA Technologies and as an influential board member for the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley. With a strong background in the restaurant sector as CEO of China Blossom, which received the SBA’s Family-Owned Business of the Year award, David's diverse experience is complemented by a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Boston University.
