Christina Limata, MCR, CFM has a diverse work experience in real estate and facility management. Christina currently works as the Director of Corporate Real Estate at Patelco Credit Union, where they are responsible for managing all physical facilities for approximately forty locations. Their duties include lease administration, contract negotiations, budgeting, procurement, and overseeing building and maintenance projects.

Prior to their current position, Christina worked at Workday in various roles. Christina was the Senior Director of Real Estate & Workplace, overseeing office services and facility management. Christina also served as the Director of Real Estate & Workplace for the Asia Pacific Region and Global Strategic Planning. In these roles, they managed office operations and building maintenance while ensuring high service levels.

Before joining Workday, Christina was the Facilities and Corporate Project Manager at LesConcierges. Christina focused on managing facilities, vendor relationships, and office setup while implementing streamlined processes for multiple locations.

Additionally, Christina has experience as the Floral and Events Manager at Denise Irwin Floral & Event Design, LLC.

Christina Limata received their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Conceptual and Installation Art from the San Francisco Art Institute between 2001 and 2005. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation from IFMA in December 2018 and the MCR certification from CoreNet Global in June 2021. Additionally, they hold the Neighborhood Emergency Response Team certification from the City and County of San Francisco and the Girl Scout Gold Award from the Girl Scouts of the USA.
