Niels van der Schaft has worked in various roles since 2001. Niels began their career at ALLSAFE Mini Opslag Amsterdam West B.V. as a Junior-assistent-vestigingsmanager, then moved up to Assistent Vestigingsmanager and Vestigingsmanager. In 2010, they joined J.M. Levarht & Zn. B.V. as an Export Assistant. In 2011, they became an Accountmanager Sales en Support McAfee SECURE at Business to You BV. In 2014, they worked at Faber Vlaggen BV as a Webshop, and at Flora Holland in an unspecified role. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at AMC - Academic Medical Center as a Logistics, and is currently employed at Patch Plants as a Lead.

Niels van der Schaft completed a MHBO degree in Commerciele Economie from Abstede College Utrecht between 1998 and 2001.
