Beth Cauwels, MBA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various financial roles. Currently serving as Senior Accounting Manager at Patagonia since February 2022, Beth previously held multiple positions at Target from January 2005 to February 2022, including Sr. Manager of Asset Accounting and Manager of Internal Audit. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Finance Officer at Mercy Corps in 2004 and working as an Accountant at Houston's, Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Beth holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management from Hamline University.
