Rudy Saenz, CTA, currently serves as General Manager at Taco Cabana since May 2024 and is the Owner/Notary at Last Signature Mobile Notary since November 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Event Service Manager at Norris Conference Centers, Manager at Pat O'Brien's Bar Inc., Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk, and Customer Service Representative at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Rudy held the role of Sales Account Executive at Texas Wedding Guide & Bridal Extravaganza and contributed as a Board Member for both Paseo del Rio Association and ALAMO AREA HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATION INC. Additionally, Rudy has served as President and Director of Community Outreach on various boards. Rudy holds two Associates of Applied Science degrees in Marketing/Marketing Management from San Antonio College, completed in 2015.
