Martin Spassov is an experienced professional who has held various roles in companies such as Passport, Deloitte, and KPMG Canada. Starting in 2017, they worked at KPMG Canada as a Learning Management System Administrator, where they assisted with database migration and performed quality assurance for e-learning courses. In 2018, Martin became a Learning and Development Coordinator at KPMG Canada, managing employee inquiries and creating standard operational procedures for the Learning Management System. Martin then joined Deloitte in 2019 as a Business Analyst, researching and analyzing payment systems and facilitating industry discussions on payment modernization. In 2020, they continued their role as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, leading projects to redesign delivery order fulfillment apps and evaluating new technologies for grocery retailer apps. In 2021, Martin took on the role of Consultant at Deloitte, overseeing the development of a promotions engine for a major Canadian retailer's e-commerce platform. Currently, they are an Associate Product Manager at Passport, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Martin Spassov completed their high school education at Glenforest Secondary School from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued the International Baccalaureate program. Martin then went on to Western University from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in two fields: Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School and Computer Science from the Faculty of Science.
