Ruth Nossek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Product Design & UX at Passle since April 2013. Ruth has a strong background in UX management, having held various roles such as UX Manager and Business Manager, where responsibilities included user research, product development, and business administration. Prior consulting work at Online Content Services involved customer experience management and digital project management. Ruth's previous positions at organizations such as Serco and London 2012 focused on customer strategy and communications. Ruth holds a Master's degree in Virtual Communication from RMIT University and multiple post-graduate diplomas in Web Design & Development and Education.
