Nick M. has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of finance, process improvement, and digital marketing. Nick began their career in 1997 as a Quality Leader at GE Capital Aviation Training. Nick then moved on to become a Group Manager Process Improvement at Vodafone in 2000, followed by a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting in 2002. In 2003, they became the Head of Process Improvement at Royal Mail, and in 2004 they were appointed AVP Continuous Improvement at SGS. In 2006, they were hired as a Senior Process Optimisation Manager at HSBC Asia-Pacific. In 2007, they were recruited as a VP Operational Excellence at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong). In 2010, they were appointed Director, Finance COO, Global Markets Equities, Asia at Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong. In 2008, they became a Founding Partner at Anatta. In 2012, they co-founded PassKit, where they currently serve as CTO.
Nick M. started their educational journey in 1995 when they attended ACCA and obtained a FCCA in 1999. Nick then attended CFA Institute from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a CFA in 2009. Nick also obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from CFA Institute in September 2009 and a FCCA certification from ACCA in May 2000.
