Kyle Archer has a long history of experience in the engineering and software development industries. Kyle began their career in 1994 as a Civil Engineering Intern at LHE, P.A. and a Civil Engineering Teaching Assistant at The University of Kansas. In 1995, they took on an additional role as a Civil Engineering Intern - Road Design at KDOT. In 1997, they moved to Burns & McDonnell as a Civil Engineer. In 1999, they Co-Founded EnGraph Software and designed their original scheduling and dispatching software system for specialized transportation. The core product, ParaPlan, has since grown to become a leading technology choice for agencies providing demand-response transportation. Finally, in 2019, Archer joined Passio Technologies as the Director of Business Development.
Kyle Archer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas between 1990 and 1995. Kyle then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas between 1995 and 1997. In April 2001, they obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the State of Missouri.
