Scott Hockwitt has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as the S.E.R.T. Commander at the Passaic County Sheriff's Office since July 1995, leading the Sheriff's Emergency Response Team, which includes various special units. In addition, Scott has held the position of Administrative Captain and Team Commander for the Passaic County SWAT since February 2001. Prior to these roles, Scott worked as a Correction Officer at the Sussex County Sheriff's Department from September 1994 to July 1995 and as a Computer Technician at Allied Computer Systems from June 1992 to September 1994. Scott completed an AAS in Criminal Justice at Passaic County Community College from 2004 to 2006 and pursued studies at Thomas Edison State University from 1992 to 1994.
