Matthew Schmidt has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Regional Education Consultant at PASCO scientific. Prior to this, they worked at Khan Academy as an Educational Technology Ambassador. Matthew Schmidt has a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Texas Tech University, which they obtained in 2018. Matthew is currently pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Texas A&M University-Commerce, with an expected completion date in 2023. In terms of certifications, Matthew has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, Learning SCORM and Tin Can API, and Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals, all in March 2022. Matthew also holds a Texas Educator Certification (Science 7-12), which they obtained from the Texas Education Agency & Pearson in October 2019. Additionally, Matthew has completed certifications in Sales Foundations, Business Foundations, Entrepreneurship, Retail Customer Service, and Time Management Fundamentals from Lynda.com, all of which were obtained in 2017 and 2018.
