Cynthia Rivera is currently the Senior Project Manager for Facilities Master Plan at Pasco County Government since October 2013. Cynthia is also a Notary Signing Agent at NNA since June 2012. Cynthia previously worked as a Code Compliance Investigator/Permitting at Hillsborough County from January 2012 to October 2013. Cynthia has extensive experience in residential construction management and property adjusting. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and has a background in architecture.
