Michael Collins has a diverse work experience, starting with their time in the US Navy as a Builder from April 2007 to June 2009. After leaving the navy, they worked as a Lead Service Technician at Coastal Restaurant Repair from June 2000 to November 2014, where they were responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial restaurant equipment.
Following that, Collins worked as a Superintendent at DSW Homes from November 2014 to May 2015, overseeing the construction of multiple new single-family homes. Michael then joined Wycoff Development and Construction as a Superintendent from July 2015 to May 2020.
Collins then transitioned to the position of Senior Construction Manager at the City of Pearland, Texas in May 2020. In this role, they successfully managed and planned various construction projects and activities within the city, including transportation, facility, drainage, and utility projects.
Currently, they hold the position of Director of Facilities and Construction at the Pasadena Independent School District starting in October 2023.
From 2011 to 2014, Michael Collins attended Itt Technical Institute - Houston South, where they pursued a degree in Project Management. The field of study is not specified.
