Stefano Erba has extensive experience in technical sales support and customer service, currently serving as the Technical Sales Support and Team Lead for the Italian sales team at Parts Europe since February 2014. Prior to this role, Stefano worked at Shell from February 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities included managing new contracts, customer relations, and data entry in SAP. Earlier experience includes a position at BikeBandit.com from July 2007 to September 2008, focusing on international sales and customer service with a specialization in motorcycle parts. Stefano holds a degree in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis from the University of San Diego.
