Tom Frey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and information technology management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at The Pronto Network since October 2006, Tom oversees the IT and Finance departments and manages the Sophio fulfillment business while also presiding over Network Products Warehouse, LLC. Previous roles include Chief Information and Technology Officer and Vice President of Information and Technology, where responsibilities encompassed the development and maintenance of centralized business management solutions. Tom also has a background as Director of Product, negotiating supply agreements and formulating product brand strategies. Earlier in their career, Tom was the Director of Product and Pricing at Tier Parts Warehouse / Parts Plus Autostores, where inventory and pricing strategies were established for multiple locations. Tom holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
