Hamid Behnegar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing technology-driven companies, currently serving as the Managing Director at PartoTap Rayan since November 2009, focused on providing smart agriculture solutions. Previously, Hamid Behnegar held the position of Managing Director at Protop Co. from December 2002 to December 2010. Hamid Behnegar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Azad University (IAU), a Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology from Khatam University, and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology from Tehran University. Education was initiated at the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad), where Hamid Behnegar earned a High School Diploma in Mathematics.
