Chelsea Bowlin is an experienced professional in outreach and education, currently serving as an Outreach Recruitment Specialist at the Partnership for Strong Families since October 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with local organizations to promote the need for more foster parents. Prior to this role, Chelsea spent five years as an Elementary School Teacher at Alachua County Public Schools, where notable achievements included curriculum development, team leadership, and coaching social-emotional skills through extracurricular activities. Chelsea also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Greenhouse Church, where project coordination and fundraising were key responsibilities, and previously worked as a Child Sponsorship Director for ASON International INC., leading mission trips and managing communications between sponsors and children. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Florida.
