Melissa Macias is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in recruitment, customer service, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Junior Recruiter for the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, Melissa works to fill teaching positions in high-need schools while engaging with a wide network of educators. Previous roles include Shift Supervisor at Blaze Pizza, where Melissa trained teams and maintained customer service standards, and COVID-19 Administrator at Learning by Design Charter School, where important health protocols were developed and implemented. With experience in program development through positions at Calibrate and Minds Matter of Los Angeles, along with a foundation in real estate administration from CBRE, Melissa combines strong communication skills with a commitment to community engagement. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis, enhanced by a COOP Careers Fellowship.
