Alton Russell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, real estate, and program management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Institutional Partnerships and Risk Management at the Partnership for Education Advancement since May 2022, Alton previously worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Exit Realty 360 and as a Program Manager for the Student Success Initiative - Miles Ahead Program at Houston ISD. Alton also held the role of College & Career Advisor, providing essential guidance to students and parents during the college application and financial aid processes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Aid Administrator at Prairie View A&M University, where responsibilities involved managing significant budgets and award adjustments. Alton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in City, Urban, Community, and Regional Planning, both from Prairie View A&M University.
