Stephanie Figueroa, MS, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the Partnership for Children of Essex since April 2018, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Summit Oaks Hospital as a Mental Health Associate, and at the Mental Health Association of Morris County as a Senior Housing Counselor. Stephanie also worked at St. Clare's Hospital as a Behavioral Health Counselor and held roles as a Mental Health Technician at Palmetto Summerville Behavioral Health and as an ABA Line Therapist at Carolina Autism. Academically, Stephanie earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University between 2017 and 2020 and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Beaufort and the College of Charleston.
