Angela Bywaters serves as a Supportive Housing Advocate at the Partnership Against Domestic Violence since April 2018. Previously, Angela held the position of Administrator at GE Real Estate from July 1997 to February 2009. Angela earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Spelman College and completed high school education prior to pursuing higher education.
