Peter Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Currently, they serve as the COO at PartnerScore, a company that specializes in relationship health and performance. Prior to this role, Peter was the CEO of PartnerScore, where they led the development and implementation of a unique software application to measure and improve relationship health.

Peter also has extensive experience in management consultancy, having worked as a Consultant at Peter Ward Management Consultancy since 2016. Additionally, they were the CEO and consultant at Rootsquared Ltd, a company that offered consulting services to drive measurable change for clients.

Before entering the consultancy field, Peter held various senior positions at Xerox. Notably, they served as the Vice President of Operations Strategy and Global Distribution Operations Worldwide Channels, where they led multiple large infrastructure and change programs aimed at significant cost reduction. Peter also played a key role in establishing the Global Channels Organization and building operational strategies at Xerox.

Peter's career began with their role as the Director of Software & Peripherals, EMEA at Dell Inc. During their tenure, they successfully established the Dell European Software and Peripherals business, which achieved $1BN in revenues.

Prior to Dell, Peter held senior positions at Syva Europe and Dynapert, where they gained experience in finance, commercial management, and joint management. Peter started their career at Philips Electronics Group as a Financial Controller.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in operations strategy, business transformation, relationship health, and consultancy.

Peter Ward attended Leyton Senior High School from 1967 to 1974, where they earned their O, A, and S level GCE qualifications. Following this, from 1976 to 1981, they enrolled in City of London Polytechnic, where they pursued Accounting and successfully completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualifying examinations (ACMA GCMA).
