Richard Stearns is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Founder and Broker for Compass in the Los Angeles West Side Region since September 2017. With a strong foundation in real estate, Stearns co-founded and holds the position of Associate Broker at Compass Real Estate, where involvement has continued since September 2009. Additionally, Stearns is a Broker and Founding Partner at both Pacific Union International and Partners Trust Real Estate Brokerage & Acquisitions, the latter recognized for offering comprehensive resources in residential real estate. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Estate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty from 1991 to 2009 and Principal at Art Source LA from 1987 to 1992. Early career experience includes positions as Brand Manager at Mattel Toys and Account Director at Castor Pollux, preceded by Product Manager at Diplomat Electronics. Stearns holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Cornell University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Binghamton University School of Management.
