Satoshi Shimasaki, MBA, CFA, CPA currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Finance at Partners Life since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. as Manager, Head of M&A, and Senior Assistant Manager, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and overseas strategic planning from April 2018 to February 2023. Satoshi also held the position of Vice President at DLI North America Inc. from April 2014 to March 2018, working on M&A and post-merger integration. Prior to that, Satoshi was a Senior Assistant Manager and Associate at 第一生命保険株式会社, engaged in M&A and international legal affairs from April 2007 to March 2014. Satoshi completed an MBA at Columbia Business School and obtained an LLB from Waseda University.
