Sara Pierrard, MBA, currently serves as the Workforce Development Program Manager at Partners In Development Foundation, overseeing the Kīʻapu workforce development project aimed at enhancing career and technical education for justice-involved and opportunity youth in Hawai'i. Prior to this role, Sara worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Austin Alliance Group and as a Human Resources Business Partner at U.S.VETS-Hawai'i. Additionally, Sara held the position of Workforce Development Coordinator at U.S.VETS and worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Easter Seals Hawaii. Sara earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a Specialization in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
