Ana Castro Henckel is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and direct investments. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Leader at Partners Group since May 2024, Ana previously held the position of Principal at Searchlight Capital Partners from November 2020 to January 2024. Prior roles include Vice President at Bain Capital, Assistant Vice President/Vice President at GIC, and Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Early career experience includes positions as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a Summer Internship at Goldman Sachs. Ana holds a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
