Ton van der Minnen is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and executive management. Currently serving as General Manager and Executive Director at PartnerRe Reinsurance Europe SE since April 2008, Ton has held multiple senior leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President and Head of Underwriting Operations. Prior to this, Ton contributed to the field as Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer at CNA Reinsurance Company and as an Underwriter at Veritas Re and Nederlandse Reassurantie Groep. Ton began the academic journey at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
