Jill Hoffman currently serves as the Chief Audit Officer at PartnerRe since January 2025. Previously, Jill held various influential roles at Munich Re from May 2007 to December 2024, including Head of Internal Audit for the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, and Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Managing Director for the Life and Health division. Jill also served as Deputy Managing Director and Head of Pricing, overseeing life reinsurance pricing across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the GCC, as well as the retakaful business. Prior experience includes working as a Resident Actuary at Colina Insurance Company from May 2003 to April 2007, and as a Consultant at Eckler Ltd. from August 1998 to May 2003, focusing on actuarial consulting for Caribbean companies. Jill earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo between 1989 and 1994.
