Iris Mourier

Head Of IT Procurement at PartnerRe

Iris Mourier has a diverse work experience in various procurement and buying roles. Iris currently serves as the Head of IT Procurement at PartnerRe since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Group IT Senior Buyer at the same company from December 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for procurement of software, telecoms, and intellectual services for the group's locations worldwide. Iris also played a key role in the group's transition to the Cloud and actively managed relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Before joining PartnerRe, Iris worked as an IT Direct Buyer and Product Manager at Conforama Suisse SA from April 2020 to October 2020. During this time, they were responsible for the sourcing and selling of smartphones, computers, laptops, and accessories. Iris also managed the day-to-day supply of 22 points of sale in Switzerland.

Iris'sprevious experiences include working as a Software Buyer at Innoha from December 2018 to December 2019, an IT, Digital & Intellectual Services Buyer at ENGIE from December 2017 to November 2018, and a Buyer at Groupe SNI from September 2016 to November 2017.

Additionally, they have experience as a Sales Manager at CAPCOM Groupe, where they focused on customer loyalty and expanding the client base through new contract subscriptions. Iris also managed a team and trained new recruits.

Earlier in their career, Iris worked as a Junior Purchasing Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Telecom Ltd, where they were involved in data analysis, commercial activities, and supporting the implementation of a new procure-to-pay system. Iris also briefly served as a Junior Sports Sponsorship Manager at Crédit Agricole.

Throughout their career, Iris has demonstrated strong negotiation, procurement, and relationship management skills, and has successfully handled various responsibilities in the IT, telecommunications, and software procurement domains.

Iris Mourier's education history includes a Master's degree in Purchasing from KEDGE Business School (2016-2017), a Master's degree in Sustainable Development and Organizational Responsibility from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL (2014-2015), a Master's degree in Negotiation from IÉSEG School of Management (2008-2013), and a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée français d'Irlande (2007-2008). Iris also obtained a Label Handi-Manager certification in Handi-management from Companieros (2012), and has a TOEIC score of 990/990 from the TOEIC® Program (obtained in 2012).
