James Cabezas has several years of experience in customer success and sales roles. Starting with News America Marketing in 2004, they worked as an Account Director, negotiating contracts and selling advertising and promotion products. James then moved on to SeamlessWeb as a Regional Corporate Sales representative, responsible for generating new corporate business and maximizing client relationships in multiple locations. In 2010, they joined OrderGroove, Inc. as an Enterprise Sales Director, where they worked with enterprise businesses to incorporate successful subscription marketing initiatives. At Clavis Insight, they served as an Enterprise Sales Director and later as the Vice President, Americas, responsible for expanding market presence and customer base. Their most recent position was with Edge by Ascential, where they held roles as VP Customer Growth, North America, and VP Global Customer Success. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Success at Partnerize.
James Cabezas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2004. James also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the same institution. In terms of certifications, James obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 and Level 1 certifications from SuccessHACKER in August 2023 and February 2023 respectively. Additionally, they obtained the Digital Shelf Admin Portal Certification from Edge by Ascential in 2022.
