Lejla Halilovic Uzunic serves as the HR Manager at Partner mikrokreditna organizacija since March 2024, bringing extensive experience from the role of Head of Court Collection at the Partner microcredit foundation in Tuzla, held from February 2007 to March 2024. Lejla is a graduated lawyer from the Faculty of Law at the University of Sarajevo and holds two master's degrees in Management: one from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tuzla and another from Ekonomski fakultet u Tuzli.
