Satiya Mahendra's work experience begins in 2017, where they served as an accounting intern at ID Consulting Associates Global. Later that year, they worked as a tax compliance intern at Kantor Konsultan Pajak Agus Sambodo. In 2018, they became a tax analyst at Artharaya Consult and held that position until 2020. Satiya then joined Jakarta Strategic Consulting as a tax consultant. Currently, they work at Partipost as a tax and accounting specialist, starting in 2022.

Satiya Mahendra attended the University of Brawijaya from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Taxation.
