Hugo Orlando Montero Ventura has held a variety of software engineering roles since 2009. In 2009 and 2010, they were a Desarrollador de Software at Caja Cristo Rey and Sistema Coopera respectively. From 2012 to 2018, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at Productos de Harina S.A. de C.V., where they implemented SCRUM for the development teams, SAP PP connections with satellite services, and a microservice architecture design for logistic and distribution modules. In 2018, they held the same role at Pulpomatic, where they were in charge of the microservice communication design and developed the notification module refactor for the whole system. In 2019, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at minu, where they designed and developed the MVP for the core product and designed the migration from microservices to serverless. Currently, they are a Sr Backend Software Engineer at Particle.

Hugo Orlando Montero Ventura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán in 2009. Hugo Orlando then went on to obtain a Master's degree in IT Management from Universidad Tecmilenio in 2015.
