Jim Hoffman is an experienced manufacturing leader with a career spanning over 25 years in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Team Lead at Particle Dynamics since August 2020, Jim previously held the role of Supervisor at Faurecia from January 2013 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing union hourly and technical associates in the production of emission systems. Prior to that, Jim worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Valeo Sylvania from February 1998 to January 2013, managing over 50 associates in the assembly of exterior automotive lighting, while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Jim's managerial experience also includes a position as Manager at Power Logistics from 1995 to 1998. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Indiana University Indianapolis, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
