Nidhi Duhan is an accomplished business operations manager with experience in people and culture leadership across diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager in the CEO Office at Partex NV, Nidhi collaborates with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including fundraising, investor relations, and corporate communication. Prior to this role, Nidhi was the People and Culture Manager at Perpetual Block and held various academic and managerial positions at O.P. Jindal Global University and other organizations. Nidhi holds an MBA from O.P. Jindal Global University and a BA in English from Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi.
